Gallery Events this Weekend
I wanted to let you all know about the events are going on at the gallery I intern at:
Gallery Myrtis
2224 North Charles Street (Corner of Charles & 23rd)
Mix & Mingle with artist Charly Palmer - Sat. 2/12 4-6pm
(Music by Strings & Things - Ronald Williams & James Tart)
Artist Talk - Sun. 2/13 2-6pm
The show that's up right now is work in Charly Palmer's "Tar Baby" series. The work takes "Tar Baby" away from the racial epitaph & back to the original Brer Rabbit story.
